Patrick is a very nice person to deal with and extremely accommodating. He and his entire staff are professionals and will get the job done 100% in the agreed upon time. He provided excellent service for our almost 1300 square foot basement that recently flooded. Our basement flooded during a recent storm, along with countless other homes in our area. Due to such high demand, all of our local restoration companies were booked, and weren't even answering their 24 hour emergency phone or returning our calls. Desperate for help with equipment to dry out the basement, Flood Doctors was the only company (out of about ten) who returned my call and was able to come out the next day. He was willing to help us, even though we were over a half hour away. If not for him, we would have been totally on our own and ended up with bigger problems. After it was raining for three days, our carpeted basement was completely flooded, along with many others in the area. Despite meeting with other flood victims, Patrick and his Flood Doctors team were able to respond the same day to drain the flooded water. Following that they removed the entire damaged carpet from the 1500 sq. ft. basement, which meant they first had to move two beds, four sofas and a ton of workout gear (including a squat rack and dumbbell rack). Next, Patrick and his team applied disinfectant across the whole basement to prevent the growth of mold before moving all of our belongings to their original place. He was also very flexible and willing to work with us while we looked for a carpet installer. Most importantly, they offered all of this service for CHEAPER than three competing companies in the area. Overall, the Flood Doctors responded quickly throughout an emergency, they offered an incredible service with plenty of accommodations, and they did so for an incredibly fair price. Whether you’re dealing with a catastrophic flood, or something minor, I confidently believe these guys will do an excellent job.

A few weeks ago, we had a partial flooding in our basement due a sump pump malfunction. We called Patrick Bautch who came promptly and who was able to assess the situation very well. He gave us very detailed and pertinent information on what was supposed to be done to remedy the situation. We highly recommend Patrick as his focus and concern the whole time was to make sure that all the areas of the basement with potential mildew would be addressed. Listens to customer; answers all the questions; very hard working; very detailed and thorough; only concerned with excellent results. We are very happy with his work and the results and we would recommend Patrick and his company to anyone.
