        We were installing new wood floors and planned with plenty of time to get them in before a baby shower at our house weeks later. Long story short. We ordered our flooring weeks before the shower. They assured us theyd be in that week and if not 100% on the shipment next weekend. Did they come in time. Hell no. Missed the first week. Missed the next week. And we will see if they even come in the next week which will now be three weeks past the date we were assured they will come in. Already too late now. Baby shower with plywood floors. Neat. Thanks LL Flooring for making false promises. Terrible delivery times. Problems with payments even though I paid in full up front. Holding back sample delivery until after a big sale had passed. So we could t take advantage of that. And ruining our house before our baby shower. Lady in the store was genuinely helpful and kind. That is all I can say.

        A great help with many options to choose from. Paid local, but pick up 1000 miles away. Lowes couldnt do that.

        This location had quite a selection of hardwood flooring and ceramic tile planks. The young lady and gentlemen there the day I went were very knowledgeable and helpful. The gentlemen went out of his way to find another store location who had the balance of what I wanted to purchase.
