        Front desk gentleman can't log on the computer so it took three times longer than usual to check in! Then no sofa bed bedding in closet! No body wash! No tissue in tissue box! Queen beds covers are so wrinkle! The worst thing is that the sofa bed is so dirty that u can tell it hasnt be cleaned for a long while!

        We have stayed here on our visits to see family in Mobile for the last three years and have been extremely impressed! Rooms are clean and spotless which is a top priority for us. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. You leave this hotel feeling refreshed and appreciated. Great job and we definitely appreciate your top notch efforts! We were greeted upon arrival by Bryant and what a fabulous personality and top notch customer service he is representing this hotel. I hope Marriott appreciates this employee!!!
