Woman at front desk was super sweet and understanding but the rooms are below par. The first room was clean but didnt have a shower curtain and we thought the shower head was faulty (turns out it wasnt) so we asked to be moved.
Second room wreaked heavily of cat urine we could barely breathe in the room so we asked to be moved again.
The sheets in the third room had permanent stains, ash streaks and burn marks on them. Definitely go to a different hotel within the little cluster this place sits within.

Noteworthy details: The worst place I've ever been to. We had to switch rooms 4 times until I finally gave up. 1st room the water was scolding hot you couldn't adjust it. I couldn't shower in it show my kid couldn't. Second room the bed had springs poking all up in your back. Air conditioner froze up all night and smelled weird. 3rd walked in the air conditioner facing was barely hang to it and no buttons to turn on or anything. I went back down told front desk to forget it put us back in the second room. All these rooms had no towels,rags anything. If you was lucky enough to have a refrigerator in your room then it didn't work. Ice machine didn't work, drink machine was sold out. so had to drink hot drink or leave and go to store for ice. The next i went down amd ask for a refund because of what all we dealt with plus it was so bad my husband slept in the truck. They said no refund so I ask to move to a 4th room for the last night. There was a pill under the chair, a picture frame with the glass broken had sharp edges to cut someone. Bathroom door had holes all in it couldn't shut all the way to lock, safety latch of front door broken off. First night on one of my many trips to the office people walking around with big liquor bottles chugging it, front desk person standing outside the door smoking a blunt! when they was moving our room charged us another $50 said they was refunding both right then and we haven't got it!

Have to rate this a 1 star because NEGATIVE five is not an option. They are supposedly renovating the place, thus the dumpsters of mattresses. They offered to show my sister a room before she rented it... every one on Tillman's Corner is powered by Wyndham. This was a Days Inn on one side, which was supposed to be better, but the room they showed her and her husband had a large flying insect in it. They showed her a NICE room at the Travelodge; then provided us a bait and switch. Initially, both room keys would not open the door; all the way up on the 3rd floor.. The room was unfinished and dirty. The bathroom handle was broken and you couldn't get out of the bathroom. The in room microwave was broken. The in room refrigerator did not work well. The in room phone did not work at all, so it was impossible to call front desk. The in room satellite TV worked at its own will. One of the sleeping arrangements in the room was a pull out couch....with absolutely no bedding. So you are basically sleeping on something where a stranger has slept or worse. Any questions to staff for extra towels, blankets, etc went unanswered...shifted to another person. As in, go find the cleaning person for those and she sends you back to the front office because she doesn't speak English. And they actually require a deposit for the beaten, broken down room! Continental breakfast was ridiculous--dry muffins, stale cereal or yogurt. Huge homeless population in the parking lots. Checkout time was at 11am...however, cleaning lady came to the room while we were getting the remainder of our things and said we leave or get charged another day. It was 10am. I pointed to my watch and phone at the time; again "no English...you leave or more charge."
Safety: Huge homeless population, some cleary impaired by drugs and alcohol. NO fire extinguishers, etc in the areas marked where they should be. Faulty wiring and shorts in the outlets. The green, toxic looking pool was "open". After every entry the door key no longer worked.

Worse experience ever!! These people are thieves!!! First room they gave me had no fire detection and the door had previously been kicked in .. It wouldn't lock ! They gave me another that the power tripped because of faulty wiring !! Then too really top it off they told me their printer wouldn't work on check out for my receipt and every time they pretended too e-mail me the receipt it never came!! See what's going on . They've stolen my $50 Deposit til this day they haven't given me the credit .. I was in mobile ten days after check out and went buy there they said they would credit it again but it's never showed up !! Lying thieves these people are!!
