        By far the worst place Ive ever been to! They charge $60 to make my daughter and me an appointment. (Red flag #1) The nail tech started removing my daughters nails by ripping them off, instead of soaking them off. (Red flag #2) The owner sat down and said have you talked money with them before starting? He said no(Red flag #3) Then she proceeded to tell me its $48 a piece to remove nails, plus an additional $150 for a new set if you want a solid color. My daughter wanted a French tip set and that was going to be an additional $248. We decided to kindly decline service. The manager then charged me $48 for ripping off 7 of my daughters nails that damaged her nails and an additional $60 because we didnt continue with our full sets. I used to think this place was above the rest for customer service and quality. Unfortunately, thats sadly not the experience I had. I highly recommend VIP Nails if youre looking for quality and great customer service.
