Argenta Apartments

Dont waste your time. Apartment isnt worth it. Worst apartment I ever lived at. Staff never answers phones or return calls. Property isnt kept. Complaints are never followed thru. I moved her as a friend referred me. Both her and myself experienced very similar experiences. Neighbors are rude and when you file a complaint nothing is resolved. In the lease it states no smoking with in so many feet of building. It also states no marijuana usage. However neighbor smoked weed my whole apartment smelt of weed. And the roach issue absolutely horrifying. No matter how much they spray never resolved issue. They scheduled a building treatment and other tenants didnt do the prep and I was told that was the issue. However again thats a violation of the lease and yet ignored. Just full of excuses. Half the appliances didnt work properly. When I first moved in I was told I was getting a newly renovated apartment. However seems like the work was done by a child. Didnt even look new or even newly. Draws in the kitchen broken. When I moved in the apartment was super dirty. I was so excited to move here initially. Now Im just glad to be out. The water is constantly being turned off. Just overall a nightmare experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful and the communication is even worse. They recently got new staff in the leasing office and they never informed the tenants of the change until you happen to go in the office one day and see a bunch of temps that don't know what they are doing. They will charge an arm and a leg at move out, and claim you still owe money that has already been paid. If you plan on living here then plan on experiencing every issue you see in all of the other reviews on this place. Do not waste your time and money at this place that does not care about the well being of their tenants.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and I recently had an AC problem. I went to the front office and Timari was such a great help and reassured me itll get taken care of immediately. That same day, I had two maintenance crew members Emilia and Richard come to my home and repaired my AC with such great customer service. First problem I had and it was taken care of efficiently and they explained everything to me in a way I can understand.

I've been living here with my wife for a year. Please don't make the same mistake we did... Before I say anything I'm a General Manager at a full service sit down restaurant and I completely understand how hard it is to run a business smoothly. With that being said... This place does not fix anything that breaks even after you contact the property because your maintenance orders mean nothing. Flooring is made of paper this vinyl that should probably only be used as wallpaper. Our toilet, stove, dryer, and fridge are all broken and no one who works here seems to care even a little bit. It's been over 2 weeks... The front office is nice but drive 100 yards farther into this "lovely" complex and it begins to feel less flattering. Cockroaches seem to be a common issue for many other renters and we can confirm the complaints. We don't expect much but we should be able to expect the bare minimum... PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE...
