        On-site staff/ management are terrific. They are very helpful and friendly. The community areas are really attractive and well maintained. The residents are very friendly and often gather for games nights and other activities. Two issues the rent is less than surrounding areas but still on the high end for low income living. The additional charges for covered parking and washer and dryer seem unnecessary. The other issue is the designated accessible unit for the disabled are not sufficient enough for a full time wheelchair user. If I wasnt living with someone, I wouldnt be able to remain. The changes are mainly cosmetic.. front oven controls. a moveable kitchen island that is accessible. But I have no access to the water faucets and the shower area is too small to use. In addition I cannot open the units door without assistance.. its too heavy. These are major problems but as I said, living with someone makes it doable for us as we do enjoy the people/complex as a whole. Love that there is an on-site salon and exercise room.
