The staff at this apartment complex are very respectful and they are very helpful. They treat you with care and if you need them they are responsive. It’s true- this apartment complex has a real challenge with parking. It is what it is. I’ve had my car keyed badly, ticketed, etc, but once you accept that fact and move on, it’s a decent place to live. I enjoyed my year lease there and I’m grateful to Ashley and Rain for their help and care!

This place is awsome the management here is just incredible Ashley and rain make a great team they are always available to take care of your needs or concerns in a timely manner repairs are done quickly the place is always clean this is the absolute best experience I've had with an apt complex great people work here great service here..

Ascend at Red Mountain / CVG Properties are the new owners. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will get nickeled and dimed!! Taxed on taxed items and overcharged for everything. The so called managers in the office don't know there heads from there butts. Stay far away from this place. They let anyone and everyone move in, including section 8. I cannot stress enough to move on from this place unless you like bs and lies. You have been warned.

I have lived here almost 2 years and I love it. The management / office is amazing and Rain is always so helpful with whatever I need. The maintenance staff is outstanding as well.
