Updating this review because the office has refused to fix our FOBs for almost a year now. The gates have been broken for almost the entire time--I do not consider this a gated community at this point--and for the last few months the grills and hot tub in the community area have been broken, despite no break in expenses on the detailed bill of "community charges." There are also no warnings or communications for any of these broken amenities, despite maintenance acknowledging the issues. We viewed this property in April, and it checked every box we wanted: a beautiful complex, a gated community with a dog park, and a garage. We moved in at the beginning of May, and here is how the first two months have gone: we were unable to move in on time, because they were still cleaning the apartment, but upon moving in we had to clear our vacuum out between rooms because it was so dirty. We were told we no longer get a garage, and are now on a waitlist, despite Marcus telling us there "are plenty available." Our FOBs still don't work properly, and we are unable to get our packages unless we go to the office during office hours. Most importantly, yesterday was the 5th time that our upstairs neighbor has washed their animal's pee and poop onto our patio, and it rained down on us. They refused to answer their door on the other occasions, but finally did yesterday. We have asked both Monica and Marcus on several occasions for help, but have been told there is nothing they can do, besides notify the tenants. Our neighbors said they never got a notice. We have had to scrub our patio down each time, and it still reeks of pee and poop, and our patio furniture is ruined. Today when we went to the office and their new employee told us that Monica (the manager) was not in, but when we said we would wait for her she appeared to be in her office the whole time. She talked over us and said that this was not a priority. The maintenance guy appeared a couple hours later with a spray bottle and broom, and when we asked if he could get the pressure washer he left and never came back. The office said he claimed it was clean and there was nothing else to do. Unfortunately I can't upload the videos of the waste raining down on us, or the recordings of Monica yelling at us and Marcus absolutely refusing to help. I sincerely wish we did more research on the management of this property, because it does not make up for how appealing the grounds and amenities are.
