Not the greatest place to live. Pool is always dirty and it's just too expensive for a 1 bedroom with these amenities. When we moved in our ac was not working. The washer and dryer didnt work, kitchen sink was leaking, and there was a giant stain on the floor that won't come off. Landscaping always comes a little to early. Sometimes you'll see a homeless person walking around in the middle of the night. One of the houses next to the apartments plays their music way to loud. There were a few times we had to show up to their door just to turn it down. Kids could barley sleep. Even if you call the cops no one shows up. There's no security around here. A homeless person just walked into the pool area for a nap. Don't move here unless you want to waste your money. I'm ready for our lease to be done. NOT WORTH IT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This place has been the absolute worst place I have ever lived. Heres why. COCKROACH INFESTATION. The lawn care people are leaf blowing at 6 am on Saturdays. If you have a noise complaint the office will say that sucks and wont do anything about it. They are CONSTANTLY shutting off the water and not even give you a head up right before they do. They dont turn on the ac for months when its 100 degrees outside so you cant leave your dogs home because its too hot. Youll find used needles in the grass where dogs go potty and where kids run around. Youll find a homeless person in the laundry facility smoking heroine and cops wont show up and the security thats SUPPOSED TO BE patrolling wont show up for 45 minutes and then they proceed to yell at you for calling them to remove the nodded off person in the laundry room. The walls are VERY thin. Your neighbors do not have any respect for you. Youll hear them scream at eachother from their windows. The pools are always disgusting. Youll always see a ton of cops in the parking lot. Whatever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE.
