I have been living at Dana Park Apartments for over 3 years recently in the last 3 months the management and ownership has changed. I have to say set the management is 10 times better better then it was before everything it's 100% better. Charlie Davis the manager is a breath of fresh air. She has the experience and know-how of a dedicated employee and management leader Mary Marshall as well as Gabby Frayle or her assistance that mesh perfectly with a professional manner this company is run. Charlie and her staff have my highest recommendation sincerely Dave Miller

I have lived here for almost 12 years now and overall it has been positive; however, over these last couple of years, before new ownership took over, it was not so positive. But the new manager Charlie and her assistant Gabby are super helpful, courteous and really care about the property. The maintenance staff is great also and they are working at getting the property back up to the standards I was used to previously. I hate to say bad things but the previous manager was just terrible. Its truly like she did not give a flying you know what about the residents or the property. Thankfully the new team is terrific and I can see they are working to improve things every day. I do really like the community so this ownership and management change is positive.

I would HIGHLY suggest not to move here anytime soon. They are doing some probably well needed but LOUD renovations with no warning to the residents. Forget about sleeping in on your much needed day off or if you work from home you may be forced to take the day off because you can't even hear your own thoughts let alone any meetings you may have. We were woken up at 8am on a Saturday to workers jackhammering the sidewalk outside our bedroom window. We have plenty more unpleasant experiences which I will inform and edit my review once we are able to leave. Lease at your own risk.

My experience with Dana park has not Been pleasant. I'm a good tenant and there forcing me out and refuse to renew my lease and if I want to stay I would have to move to a different apartment at 400 more price increase.. look elsewhere
