Pennytree Apartments

Thier web sight is a joke and all lies. No granite counter tops, no stainless appliances and no security gates. There is probably 1 apt that looks like that, the rest are stuck in the 80's. old appliances too! You would figure for the rent they are charging, they could put some upgrades in these apartments but they don't. there is no maintenance and the managers staff has all quit, so nothing gets fixed and no one is taking care of the grounds. Our bathroom is constantly flooding, a/c wont turn off, stove won't stop heating... nothing gets fixed! Moving out as soon as I can.

Moved here from Denver. Needed a place bad before we ran out of money. Their add said background checks in 3 days. After the 3rd day, your supposed to say. Sorry we can't help you, here's your deposit back. NOPE! I'm still trying to get my deposit back! Wouldn't go there if I were you.

Horrible. Moving in today. It's taken 3 weeks and the place still has cockroaches. And they don't care. I'll be suing.
