Work travel: Don't recommend unless you have a physical work credit card. Booked online and still needed a card in person, had to use a personal card. Everything else was fine. I will use other rentals for future work travel.

Once again, my attempt to utilize Enterprise proved frustrating as I found myself contending with incompetence yet again. Originally, I hadn't intended to rent a car that day; I was merely at the dealership seeking a quote. However, circumstances necessitated a rental, and regrettably, they were affiliated with Enterprise. The last time I used them (also for car repairs) they made my insurance person cry they were so rude to her. This time around, I sat in the lobby for a painstaking hour and a half, observing others effortlessly procure vehicles and depart. When my vehicle finally arrived, they told me the credit card I had didn't work. Ok, I get that, but an hour and a half earlier they said it did work. While I understood the situation, it was perplexing considering it had been approved merely an hour and a half prior. I could have easily arranged for an alternate card to be brought from home had I been informed sooner. Ultimately, they put me in a Sentra, even though I had waited all that time for a truck. I had to pack all my tools and equipment in to get to the job site.
