This is a new hotel having just opened in 2021. The facility is in good shape. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. One major flaw is the floors. We were awakened several times by someone walking around in the room above ours. It sounded like stomping. The floors are apparently inadequately constructed to prevent sound transmission.
The breakfast was a low end of average hotel breakfast. No fruit. There was a display of breakfast sandwiches that was totally empty. Hot foods available were factory-made cheese omelettes, dried out overcooked turkey sausage links, "yukon gold potatoes", and 2 make-your-own waffle machines. A conveyer-style toaster was either malfunctioning or turned down too far. It required 5 trips through to toast an English muffin. The apple juice was watered down. I didn't notice any pastries.

Clean rooms and quiet location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety. Nice views of the mountains. I didnt get a chance to explore around town much but it looked like a cute (and safe) area when I drove in.
Rooms: Clean rooms. Seem updated. Took awhile for the hot water to get hot but I was in the 6th floor.

3 stars because you HAVE to pay for PARKING they didnt tell me that and it goes to your room so Im letting you know in this rating. No Free Parking!
Next is there is not a hot tub on the property. You think this downtown hotel would have a hot tub but NOPE NO HoTTUB.
2 things that are odd for a downtown hotel.
Lastly, it is in a good location and traffic in the morning can be a little hectic.
