El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort

It's so luxurious!! Everyone is terrific all over the resort, kind, friendly, courteous, and tremendously helpful. If you are ever near Tuscon, stop in and stay a night or 2!!! Rooms: Wonderful rooms! Ours had a little patio with chairs for morning coffee or sunsets. Nearby activities: There's so many things to do here! Golf, hiking and nature walks in the numerous parks, visit University of Arizona, AND GREAT FOOD!

I won a free night here at my office holiday party, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Staff was accommodating, check in was a breeze. Rooms were easy to find, and gave a relaxing ambiance to my staycation. Ty!

This was the second time staying at this facility. This facility on the outside is very beautiful. From there things go downhill. We stayed in one of the Casitas each time. The rooms are large, but that is the best I can really say about them. The furniture and appointments were old, dogs or something had chewed on the edges of some of the table and chairs, the chairs and couch was very uncomfortable. There were bugs (mosiquitos) in the room when we got there. The food was average for resorts. The property needs some serious upgrading of the interiors, particularly the bedrooms and baths. Not sure we will stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

Beautiful resort! The sound from the unsupervised kids next to us was excessive. The restaurant located in the hotel is good, our server was fantastic. The parking attendant was a lot more helpful than the front desk attendant.

Very outdated, which would be fine if the staff was pleasant. They are not pleasant, so there is no way to overlook all the deficiencies of this resort. The fitness room is depressing which makes the effort to even find it not worth it. May as well just stay at the Fairfield right down the block!
