        Yugo Fayetteville overcharged us several hundred dollars for an application fee. I have been trying for nearly 5 months now to get a response from a manager that can process our refund for us and every email and phone message has been ignored. First we were ignored by Brad, and now Moritz has not responded to messages either. They take your money and run. Do not trust the management of this apartment.

        Very convenient location, solid management team (specifically Matt Lawson has been incredibly helpful), and very timely on maintenance requests Ive dealt with. Would recommend for any student looking for an apartment in walking distance of both campus and Dickson street!

        Great maintenance crew!! Great amenities! Kind of a problem with homeless people. If they get security camera it would be 5 stars!
