We have lived here for over a year now. First time living in an apartment in over 30 years of home ownership. We absolutely love living here. The apartments are amazing in every aspect. But the biggest advantage is the apartment staff. They are so caring, personable and truly care about their residents. We recently had an issue with our building (which was an act of nature) the only thing the staff here cared about was our comfort and well being. They went way beyond their call of duty to see that we were taken care of and comfortable. Not only is this a beautiful place to live, it this is the exceptional staff that makes Watermark at Steel Crossing such a special place.

Edit: Management reached out and the music at the pool has been maintained at a reasonable level for the past few weeks, which I really appreciate. The lights outside our window have been installed with dimmer ones. Theyve also installed fountains at the pool and it provides a great white noise and is just lovely overall. Thanks to management for being open and receptive! Older review: We have lived here for nearly a year now. We love it here - the staff is amazing and the apartment is beautiful. If youre moving here and live near the pool, something to keep in mind is in the summer they start playing music (pretty much always classic rock with commercial breaks which are louder than the music) at 10am-6pm or 7pm, so if you want to work or relax on your balcony youll have that issue to worry about. I personally think its unnecessary to play music that early especially on a weekday. Another thing is they installed incredibly bright lights outside of our apartment and we had to get blackout curtains because it was keeping us up at night. Weve mentioned this to the apartment staff, but it seems to be out of their control and is the decision of higher management. They said they were looking into a fix, but its been at least 6 months. We no longer go out on our balcony at night due to the bugs the light attracts. Otherwise we love it here - Sydney, Jeris, and Emma are wonderful - but the reasons noted are why we give it 4/5 stars.
