Maintenance sucks and could care less about the health and welfare of their residents. Our daughter and son Inlaw live their with our 2 grandbabies as a father and grandfather my heart breaks to see the conditions Lindsey let's folks live in. Mold dryer that is a fire hazard the kids waterheater went bad an leaked causing water damage in the babies room (damaging the crib)carpet soaked with water and management says "it's a cleaning issue" no it's your problem for letting it get soaked.

Quick for the $$ but take forever to fix things!BEDBUGS&ROACHES. Which they'll say it's your fault&charge$600.Maintenance will just walk into your home without notice. Even while your sleeping.people drinking&drugs in stairway brought to their attention and they said once they do something violent then a notice will be given.Had to use pliers to turn my water on&off in bathroom for about 2mnths which they still left a big hole in wall took forever to fix! Board's on wall coming off they said just hammer with nail's.

When you need something done they don't care. Can't take a shower cause things are broken. Maintenance request are ignored.
