        It's kind of affordable. Maintenance isn't the best. Appliances are old and breaking down. Went from a toilet constantly running to it not flushing at all when they came and fixed it. Real quick to take their money on the first of the month but not to keep anything up in repair.

        Ive lived in these apartments for over two years and here are the main pros and cons. Overall, if you are a college student on a budget, these arent that bad for a few years. Ive never had issues with my car getting broken into or anything like that. REQUEST A 2nd FLOOR UNIT! You will thank me later. Pros - very close to campus - inexpensive - two bedrooms - leasing and maintenance staff (majority of the time) - access to trail and park area Cons - paper thin walls - trashy neighbors - littering EVERYWHERE - no amenities
