        Came in as a prospective resident to view my future lease transfer options and Valley Lake/Crossover Terrace was my first and last stop! The community director Elisa was extremely welcoming, down to earth, and informative. Although older and dated, the apartments and grounds are well-kept and the model she had for us to view was downright adorable. Im very excited to get on the waiting list!

        Ive lived here a couple of months and so far its been great. Every maintenance need has been met and with quick response time. Clean, nice neighbors, great pool. Everyone in the office has been nothing but kind and helpful. I have no complaints.
