        Mold. They didnt paint or even clean the bathroom walls or shower before I moved in. There were bedbugs & cockroaches which I had to handle. They had an exterminator come out that did nothing. The rent has gone up 150 since being here because they put in a new ac but it still isnt central so the living room is loud and fine but the other two rooms and bathroom get zero air flow. Theres still mold growing in the cabinets, on the walls, everywhere. Stop raising rent this is not right
