My friend has given deposit to rent a house they exchanged it with another customer without informing them and then they showed another house which is more expensive than previous to them . They are rude and not communicating well with customer . They are not respecting elders and they dont show empathy . If they care their customers they will earn more customer .I am sorry that they do t care about their customers

Landmark Team Was Amazing In This Process , I Filled The Apartment Application Out On Tuesday , I Had My Keys By Friday Evening They were Very Nice And Very Attentive. They Didnt Give You The Run Around They Tell Exactly What You Need And The Response Time Was Amazing As Well. My Home Is Beautiful And Im Thankful If You Looking For A Beautiful Home and Team To Care Landmark Is The Place To Be .

March 2024 I want to call out Coach at Landmark apartments for working tirelessly to keep the clubhouse and pool area clean and spotless. When I walked in there today I was proud to show a friend around, they also noticed that it was the cleanest clubhouse they had seen in all the apartments they had visited. Coach is always friendly and welcoming and always knows what to do and who to contact for any issues, he's like the apartment father figure. We love him and it's great to always be greeted with a friendly face when visiting my daughter. All the office staff are friendly and helpful and I am happy that my daughter has found an apartment in the beautiful trees but close to town. Dog friendly and with a great pool to spend the Summer in, it is by far one of the best apartments in Little Rock. Nov 2022 Craft night at the clubhouse was fun making Christmas wreaths. Great to meet my daughter's neighbors.
