        Both bathrooms are out of order, the escalator is also not working. Sales associates are friendly and professional. Good selection of clothing.

        Penneys has a nice selection of Kitchen/Cooking Appliances and also nice bedding, towels, drapery, children's wear, men & women's Clothing, Jewelery, Shoes, Purses, and many other items .

        I use to like shopping at the Carlsbad JC Penny's but I am now very disappointed that they haven't had a restroom in the store for a very long time. The sign doesn't say where a close restroom, very inconvenient.
