    First and foremost it is pretty hard finding a phone store where they dont try to upsell you everything in the store, thankfully the guy who helped me, Christian, was very understanding, explained everything clearly (didnt try to hide things). Im very happy with my new phone and my family and I are very happy with our new plan, enjoying Netflix & Apple TV for free !! Thanks again Christian will definitely recommend you with my friends and family.

    I hate having to change my phone over, sitting there for an hour just waiting, no phone to play on .. but Hector made the time pass so quickly. He was easy to make conversation with, very kind, and easy going.

    Horrible customer service with Christian. I went in Wednesday to transfer from metro to T- mobile and to turn in my phone, a girl helped that evening she was amazing so helpful, we had order my phone. She told me once it delivered I can come back to get it set up and get my same number transferred. My phone got deliver Friday at 7:30pm I live 10 ish minutes away they dont close till 8:00pm I made it 12 minutes before closing time and Christian didnt want to help me as well for other older man with glasses and told me to come back tomorrow and I tried to explain my phone got delivered later then it said and that its not 8 yet so he tried to help me with such additive he didnt even try and kept like messing up on entering or doing things right on the tablet and told me to do it myself at home. If I wanted to do it myself I would have but obviously I needed help. Then 8 hit and he kicked me out with my family I was gathering my stuff and he was holding the door rushing us out so rudely. Like if youre not happy dont work, its not my fault you have to a parting for weekends. I left so in shocked as the lady before was so kind and helpful gave no issue. I came back Saturday morning when they opened at 10am and Christian was there yay and was right off rude he asked what I came in for I told him I needed help to get all data transferred and get my number transfer and looked at me with a very unpleasant face and I said I came last night and rudely replied raising his voice said I know I remember. I had my husband come in because he was just out of hand, he still didnt care to be disrespectful and rude, another guy who was very helpful and kind and had good customer service stepped in and my phone was processing and download the helpful guy gave my family n I the option to leave or stay he was kind and well we wanted to stay because but Christian kept mentioning we can leave while my phone downloaded all data. He should work there if he isnt happy, its not our fault all I wanted was help. What a great experience moving from metro to t mobile. I didnt pay or just give my money every month to be treated with such disrespect and attitude.
