My car broke down. Parts on nationwide Backorder. Up to 30 days to get the parts. Enterprise Long Beach saved the day with a rental (plus upgrade) for a month. Lennox provided top notch customer service! All is good.

The customer service was amazing
Everyone was very helpful and friendly they even picked me up to get my rental car
Very satisfied with the employees
Not so satisfied with the vehicle
It drove and preformed as it should but some of the switches were not working properly and the interior was falling apart
if the vehicle had been in better condition, I would give five stars because the employees were awesome. I commend them and am thankful to have dealt with the people at the enterprise Rent-A-Car in Long Beach California.
I have to get a lower rating because of the condition of the vehicle.

They really should stop making this facility a training facility. There was a young man who assisted me who is no longer there! No familiar faces.

This is a great office!! The staff is very helpful and professional. I witnessed a very arrogant and rude customer, and they never lost their cool. I had to step out because of how rude and belligerent the cutomer became. They are a great team and did not deserve to be spoken to like that! I support this office, and it is where i go for my car rental needs.
