Store was very clean and welcoming. Car was clean and ready when I arrived at the store and the walk around and explanation of all the features was excellent and not condescending. Jennifer Lopez was an outstanding service rep.

I had the best customer service experience from the manager of Enterprise rent a car in Northridge. Leo provided me with an excellent customer service. He is very pleasant , knew how to make customer happy. He is an asset in this company. We need more people like him who has a great people skills. Thank you Leo ! Enterprise is my first choice for any rental needs!

My rental experience at the Northridge location has always been good. The staff is friendly, the service is great and the process is smooth. The two young ladies that check me in and checked me out were both phenomenal. I did not catch the name of the initial staff member but she actually washed down the car on her own. Nice touch. (Please find and acknowledge her) the second was named Lilly who also did a great job. She was friendly, warm and professional. Nice work guys!

Special thanks to Luis, Leo, Jenny and staff members for great customer care and professional service provided to us. Always on time, courteous, friendly, exceeded our expectations. Their team work around the clock was so impressive, committed to excellence and customer's full satisfaction. The attentive and knowledgable staff was great, very helpful, ensuring that all reservations we've had, was as great as possible. Overall, our experience with this location was outstanding. This office has quickly became our go-to choice for future reservations. Highly recommended!!!
