Hey guys, got charged a smoking fee for cig smell in the room, I didn't smoke in my room, they gave me a room with an ashtray literally right in front of my room. Be careful, I was worried about that ashtray the moment I saw it, I thought to myself, that smell better not come into my room with it so close to my door. Sure enough I get a $250 charge the next day on my bill. They say they are pet friendly online but I guess I didn't see that you have to check in the dog at the counter, guess that was my bad for not reading the fine print. But seriously who smokes in their hotel room? That's just bougee. Definitely going to speak to someone about the smoking charge. I think it's a set up with how close they have the ashtray to the door

Stayed here for three days (Fri - Sun). Young lady who initially checked me in, Vianey (I believe thats her name) was very accommodating, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to check in a lil early without having to incur an additional fee. Grounds are always maintained, huge parking lot, great private lil pool with lots of chairs and seating area surrounding it. First night was spent in room 138 (king room) which was quite big and comfortable. The following two nights, my friends 7yr old wanted to visit and jump in the pool so I booked room 123 which is a poolside, one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. This room was great! Very modern, bright and airy, looking out directly to pool.
There are only three things I would say can be improved. First, neither of the rooms I stayed in offered a tv with streaming abilities. I would highly encourage hotel to switch over to newer TVs that offer this. Second : the roll down black out shades on window are not very practical. I wanted a bit of privacy from passersby and kids playing in pool, during the day, and I had no choice other than pulling down the shades all the way, so no one can look inside unit. I would consider installing some blinds instead and a black out curtain. Lastly, would be to include paper towels in kitchen as well as dish rack.

Check in was great. The staff was awesome. The room was ok...it smelled a little stuffy and reeked of pot. They did offer to move us, but we were tired and didn't want to deal with it. You could smell the pot every time you opened the door to the room... for the 3 days we were there.
Oh...I almost forgot to mention...get an upstairs room because you can hear people walking above you.
I would say it's more of a good motel than a hotel.
There is shopping very close by which was a plus.
