        I give this rating solely based on Derek the customer service representative at the K Street store in Sacramento. We went in to purchase a new phone replacement and he couldnt have been more helpful. Patience is virtue as he walked us through the data transfer process . After having further issues later that day with our iPad syncing with iPhone headed back to the store and Derek once again helped solve the issue Stellar employee who so Impressed me with his knowledge of the data transfer process . Thank you Derek from your flight attendant airline employees

        Great place and customer service was phenomenal. Big shoutout for Derrick and Marc who helped me with significant issues with a faulty SIM card from another carrier. They were knowledgeable, patient and professional. So glad I made the switch and highly recommend this store.
