Verizon messed up big time when they put an almost $300 dollar charge on our account, for which I wasnt informed I had signed up for. After being on the phone with customer service for several hours, all they did was credit $75. I went in this store to completely cancel our service because we were just fed up. The manager and reps here were very helpful and they were the reason I did not cancel my services completely. They helped us get our issue resolved and gave us a better and newer service, the service I had initially wanted. Huge thank you to the workers here!!

Employees did not even welcome or pay attention to us when we arrived. They did not have any good offers. They talk about how great the service is, but Xfinity has way more to offer. Parking is good. The gal that ended up helping us was nice, but her service could have been a lot more helpful. It was like she didn't even care. She was just there for the paycheck.
