Its an amazing apartment complex my favorite Ive ever lived at! The amenities and the people who live here are great. Everyone is super pet friendly and lots of little fur cuties. Its in a safe neighborhood to walk and the ending block of what starts downtown with tons of things to do almost every weekend during the summer.
But every month theres a fire alarm at least 2-4x, all false alarms. Such an inconvenience for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.

Ive lived at the pierce for a little over a year and have loved it. The units and all amenities are fantastic, especially when compared to other buildings downtown that are within the same budget or more. Karissa in the leasing office is super helpful with anything Ive ever needed and is always a pleasure to work with! Any issues that i have had has been solved in a timely and effective way. Im most surprised with how quiet it is. in the units with the proximity to 280 and Market st. My only complaint is that I wish there were more community events as it would be nice to meet other people who live in the complex, especially because it seems like most residents are young professionals like myself.
