        Good mgmt, nice apartments, okay neighborhood, dated amenities. A little close to the freeway and in a semi industrial area but near a few breweries and walking distance to the SOFA district.

        Horrible property management. They have accused us multiple times of things we havent done and have yet to provide any proof. They have a vendetta out for us and are very unprofessional about it and yelling at us about it.
