        Don't go there! These people working there are useless, they can't help you with anything! I just purchased a wifi router and it didn't work and they won't take it back. I want to close my account and they won't do it either! A lot of useless, and rude people work in this lousy place!

        I needed help transferring my SIM card to a new phone. It turned out my old SIM card wouldn't work in my new phone. They took care of my problem rapidly, agreeably, and with no charge.

        Went to the store at 1370 Paseo De Saratoga in San Jose to exchange my 10 yr olds phone as directed by customer service after a week of her phone not working (and me paying) the manager (his name started with a Y) was cold, unkind, unhelpful & didnt even offer a solution to help. He tried to tell me that my daughters phone screen being cracked is the reason she has no service. The phone turns on/off, I can see everything on the screen just fine- I can even see where I says NO SERVICE.Everytime I call T-Mobile Im told how much it m valued as a customer- I did not feel that yesterday. I had to call T-Mobile back just to be transferred to apple tech support for them to tell me the screen being cracked has nothing to do with the lack of service. Im paying for a phone and a line of service that arent in service.
