I called in late after 11pm and the person who took my call was very polite and asked me what was wrong with my car and I explained all my car issues. The driver was very experienced and professional, he knew exactly what to do and I was extremely happy with the overall service I got from Towing San Jose. Keep it up!

I called last night for a tow. They asked what was wrong and I told them I had a flat tire and needed to get the car towed to the tire store. They never asked me if I could start the car or had the key. They said it was gonna cost more and I said I couldnt pay more so they guy that had the key was gonna bring the key. The tow truck driver said he was gonna charge me the cancellation fee of $145 and left. Gonna edit this review when I get their names. The manager wouldnt tell me his name. The worst customer service Ive ever had. And the worst way to start my day. Service: Car towing

Wanted to get a quote for a tow. The person fielding the call must not be very interested in scheduling non emergency towing. Asked me the distance rather than end points, quoted a flat $300 rather than a $ per mile. I felt that this business is mainly interested in taking advantage of people in bad situations. AVOID.
