I had drapes, blinds and curtains done by this company for both my house and my office .  I am very pleased with their work and had recommended them to ny friends and family . My Lam, the owner, is timely and reliable . They had done a great job decorating my house and my office with beautiful artistic drapes.

Extremely disappointed! It was a large order that I trusted this company with. They came back with shades that was sloppily made. When I questioned her on why this happened she claimed that it could not be done as per our request. If that is the case she should have contacted me or our designer and told us that it could not made the way we wanted and suggest alternatives. Instead she went ahead and made it the way she wanted and it was an absolute disaster!! She made no attempt to correct the situation other than to claim that " it could not be done" and that "there was no fault with the workmanship" . I do not  recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service , poor communication and sloppy work.
