        I was wary of the place due to the google reviews, but the man (didnt catch his name) at the front desk was so helpful, polite, and friendly! He was extremely professional and patient. The car I originally reserved had a cigarette stench and when I asked if I could switch he was extremely understanding and let me switch. Thank you so much!

        Car was dirty, smelly, damaged. Car didnt run well. No one cared about its condition when we picked it up. Wont ever use again!

        Despite of all the negative reviews here, I got a really amazing customer service, and a clean car. Alex was great at handling our requests. The only complaint I had was wiper fluid was out and it caused a little trouble to drive on the highways while raining. Thanks for the service!!

        Vehicle had electrical failure at destination: dead battery. Dark at 6 PM, residence in remote country location, no road service immediately available. Another guest had jumper cable, helped us re-start vehicle. No way of knowing whether vehicle would start again, so aborted trip, returned home, avoided use on second day. Re-started at home location, turned vehicle in at HV1.
