Budget Car Rental

Signage at the airport is lacking. I was lucky that I found an airport employee to find out where to drop off the rental car. Also the key drop box is kinda broken. hopefully the key is in the box but I couldnt open the drawer again to ensure that it was in fact inside or still in the drawer.

I went to this location after booking two vehicles online. I was told that I could not use my card because they do not take my type of bank/visa card. The manager on duty name was ray and he was very rude. I had to get to a movie set in new jersey with 12 other people. I arrived at 1:15 and did not leave until 3:30. I will NEVER rent from this location AGAIN. Ray was rude and unprofessional.

I was so worried about renting a car from this location due to the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did and I was pleasantly surprised. They have limited hours which make it tough sometimes to pick up in sync with your arriving flight. But when my flight was delayed twice and I got to Tweed almost 40 minutes after Budget was supposed to close, I was met by Budget employee, Ray, who waited for me that whole time so I could get my car. He was SO nice for doing so and saved my trip on a holiday weekend! Thank you Ray! THAT'S customer service. The car was clean and perfect for the week, no issues what so ever. Got back during off hours and dropped my keys along with my filled out drop off paper in the key drop box and was on my way. So convenient to get a car right from Tweed instead of having to uber to a car rental place Downtown or elsewhere!! Will 100% do it again.
