My bed and pillow were not comfortable. The TV did not work. Outlets near the bed did not work. Breakfast buffet was a C at best. The Marriott next door has a much better buffet. The only thing going for this hotel is the location on the beach which is perfect. Lastly, the gym is dated. Cable machine was junk. Elliptical needs to be serviced.

was probably given the worst room, a/c didn't work, and receptionist was rude.

Nice place, just be aware to pay 55 dollars for your valet parking. Beside of the resort fee, beside that its a nice hotel

It just meets the need. Matches what is advertised. I had a problem with a broken bed, I complained and they repaired it the same day. But I still wouldn't stay a second time. Good for those who go with family and need to eat at home or wash clothes. There is a market nearby. It does not offer the same quality of cleaning that we are used to in Brazil.
