Rooms are a bit small. The building is clean and close to stores and restaurants. The service desk is helpful.

Stayed with my family for a week and we had an amazing time! The room had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly (shout out to Rafael). The complementary breakfast was very complete and Elva the lady who organised it was very kind and attentive.

I cannot write a good review unfortunately because we had such a bad experience with a staff member that we will never stay there again. My parents and children stayed there all of last week. I didn't stay but came by every day to visit them. My 9 year old went in the pool and then got out to use the bathroom which was labeled as 'pool bathroom' but was actually located inside near the lobby. One of the managers by the name of Gonzalo came and made a huge deal about the fact that some water from her hair had dripped on the floor. He proceeded with the sarcastic remark of "ma'am this is a bathroom not a shower" which it clearly wasn't a shower. Still, I apologized and tried to dry the floor with paper towels. He wouldn't let it drop however and returned again with the same comment, and more harassment. My father suggested to him that perhaps the pool bathroom should be outside next to the pool and not inside by the lobby, especially if you're concerned about the floor getting wet. He wouldn't listen to us however, and asked for our room number, ignored me when I asked why he wanted it. My dad politely obliged and gave it to him. He then out of pure spite went and put a complaint about my parents with the hotel and with Expedia, who they booked the trip with. No apology, just rudeness, upset my child, and ruined the rest of our trip. To add to that, the pool is located in such a bad spot, where there's never any sun that the water is always freezing, so my mother and I were never able to use it. We will be going elsewhere for sure next time.
