My fiance and I went to the Panda Express near this hotel Monday night. We realized Tuesday morning that his wallet was lost. We called the hotel thinking maybe someone turned it in there (ID is not FL) and the General Manager, Santos I believe, took it upon himself to not only check the parking lot where we were parked, but he also went to each business to ask if they had it for us. The GM went way out of his way to help us out when he did not need to by any means. We are super appreciative of everything he did for us, he's amazing! I can only imagine how well he treats his hotel guests if he treated us this well without ever stepping foot in the hotel! Thank you Santos!

Very good! I recommend it. - There is no type of noise, even though it is steps from the airport. - The breakfast was super filling and very rich. - Pet Friendly, I didn't have any problems with my dog. - Covered and very comfortable parking. - The room had a kitchen (stove, utensils and refrigerator) which we used, and everything was excellent. Would go again! Recommended proportional to the price/quality.

Nice clean hotel but very below average on customer service. The hotel shuttle is not reliable either. We called 10 plus times and no one answered at the front desk at 8 pm. Finally we reached the front desk and we asked for a 9:45pm shuttle pick up, literally drove right past us before we could flag it down. Id recommend staying at a different airport hotel.
