Camden Central Apartments

My girlfriend and I moved in around July of last year and we have had the best experience! Danielle was so helpful from the very day we decided to just look at units for rent. We never considered Camden but with Danielles help, we decided to choose Camden and here we are almost a year later! It is very pet friendly, the amenities are great, and the location is perfect for downtown living. The small maintenance requests weve had were resolved right away, typically the next day. The events here are great and very well organized! Camden is also very clean, every day we see the apartment being cleaned, from the hallways to the elevators. Thank you to Danielle and the Camden staff for being amazing to us tenants! Would highly recommend living here!

Dont move here. Amenities are constantly broken to the point they should refund residents the amenity fees.

I had no idea how wonderful it would be living in a luxurious apartment building with all the amenities and incredible customer service to boot! Having just re-entered the world of a renter, I was skeptical about what it might be like to be in a big apartment, building with others, but I got to tell you, Camden Central is a fabulous community of kind, friendly, and respectful individuals who love living here! I talk to a nice young man on the elevator who said hes lived here for three years and he doesnt want to leave because the community is so awesome! I moved here because the amenities are incredible, and I got a friendly neighborhood along with it. On top of that the staff, Danielle, Brook, Aidan, Gabriel, and Adam the OM, are so friendly, prompt, and professional. It is a pleasure to work with them! I love Camden!!!

Camden Central is truly the premium apartment living experience. The building is beautiful, the amenities are unmatched, and the staff is fantastic. In the past year, the leasing office has been flexible on anything we have needed. The concierge is responsive and helpful. The maintenance team is always available for a fix same-day. The amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, rooftop) have made our time here feel like true resort living. The building does not leak sound between units. The location is extremely ideal and gives you the "downtown living" experience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars, workout classes, grocery store, etc.
