If you want excellent customer service or even decent respect, then DO NOT GO HERE! It's very obvious this establishment only cares about your MONEY and not YOU. I got a phone from here and was told I would be taken care of by the owner himself. All he did was activate my phone and immediately turned his attention to the next person who came in to sell them a new phone. Didn't even finish helping me! The next day I came back because there was a lock on my phone that wasn't there before. The same guy, THE OWNER, said there was nothing he could do to remove the lock. I asked if he could factory reset it again; I brought in my receipt to show that I just bought it and it was totally fine if he couldn't do the data transfer (that he didn't actually finish the day before but I didn't want to make it a big deal, I just wanted my phone fixed). He said no, tried saying my boyfriend must have locked my phone on me, and told me to get out of his store. Awful service and attitude!

I went to buy a new phone and keep my phone number plus international calling. My phone service got cut off instead as did international calling and when I approached the employee October 18th to resolve the issue but instead he called me old and confused and said he didnt care. He refused to give his name. I called customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. In-store customer service deserves a zero, but over-the-phone customer service deserves a 10/10. Give Beln a raise.
