Great little spot. Nice lounge and pool area. Priced right. Right off of I10. About 12 minutes from FSU. Plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. The staff was great. All were polite and super helpful. Would definitely stay there again. My only critique would have to be that the room would get a bit humid.

Worst motel and staff we have ever experienced! We booked a suite online but arrived and was told its no longer available. She proceeds to tell us they have another room available with two queens and a pullout as my wife and I have three kids. So we get to the room and there is only two queen beds but no pull out in sight. So back at the lobby she tells me theres nothing they can do. I then ask about my discount as we went from a suite to a two bed and again she says theres nothing she can do. Its now midnight so we push the two beds together for a crowded night of sleep. We then get ready to bath the kids only to find no towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. So back to the lobby for the third time. She proceeds to tell me shes the only one there so she cant help us. Ceiling was peeling paint. Staff was rude! Lied about accommodations twice. Unreal!!

Good value for money. The staff is friendly. The rooms are good. There is a small gym and a pool. You have to buy drinking water bottles (but they gave me a free bottle). I liked the complementary breakfast.

BEWARE!!! I booked a room through Priceline one month ahead of my intended stay and got a confirmed reservation. When I arrived on the night of check-in, the lobby was closed and locked. There was a box by the door for after-hours check-in/check-out but there was no key or note for me. I called the hotel phone and no one answered. I called Priceline and was told by an Indian woman reading from a script, basically "we're sorry, we can email the hotel within 24 hours and authorize a refund". That did me no good for needing a room for the night, so I had to make other arrangements for a room elsewhere, as Priceline didn't offer to book an alternate room for me. I called the hotel the following day to complain and ask about the refund. The front desk employee apologized and said a refund could be issued as soon as she received email authorization from Priceline. Priceline notified me by email 3 days later that my refund was denied because I "declined to cancel the reservation". THE HOTEL CANCELED MY RESERVATION BEFORE I ARRIVED!!! Also, the hotel left room key cards for another late check-in guest in the UNSECURED box where anyone could have gotten them. This seems like a major safety/security concern. The hotel seems to be at fault here but beware of booking through Priceline, as they take no responsibility and are absolutely no help in resolving an issue should one arise. Also note that none of the confirmation or itinerary emails ever mentioned the hotel lobby closing time and no one from the hotel called to confirm if I was still coming or to tell me they'd be closed at a certain time. I've never seen a hotel in any of my travels that doesn't have someone on site 24 hours. I cannot speak to the condition of the rooms or any other details, as I never got a room there. ***UPDATE***After further review of my complaint, Priceline/Seven Hills Suites has issued a full refund.
