Dropped in with 2 phone problems and Curtis helped me get them going super quick. He was totally knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going back to them for their WIFi next.

Alex....I hope you see this review because me and you are now best friends. I was greeted with nothing but smiles walking through the door and he jumped right in to help me with my internet issue. We joked the entire time but that didn't interfere with his work. I was in & out within 15 mins or so and his Co-worker (I can't remember her name) kept me occupied as Alex was going back and forth to the back room to fix my issue. Thank you guys for all your help because I needed this immediately.

Yelling out "I'm going to quit I'm about to quit my job" LOUDLY and pressuring co workers while talking to them rudely in front of customers is not what i expected on top of having a nasty attitude. I just got my phone back and left my experience here was horrible

0/10 I wouldnt recommend this store at all. I went in to have my childs iPad cellular activated and literally was brushed off. The sales representative TIFFANY TRIED TO TELL ME my son didnt have a cellular plan which he does because I know what I pay for monthly and I am a T-Mobile employee myself. Showed her from the T-Mobile app that he had a cellular plan and she ignored all my concerns and told me to go the T-Mobile I got it from. She told me that I have cellular data on my device but not his. When my device had nothing to do with it because I dont even have service with T-Mobile. Im on my moms family plan with xfinity. They dont listen and arent attentive at all. EVERYONE IN THERE NEEDS WAY MOREWAY MORE TRAINING.
