      image I wish I could describe my interaction with staff. I can in today, was not acknowledged in any way by with of 2 visible staff. I sat patiently ignored for 20 minutes. Dont waste your time here.

      image This particular T-Mobile store has an employee who treated me with complete disregard when I asked questions about my plan. I have been with T-Mobile since the mid 1990s, and this visit made me feel unwelcome. The employee kept looking at his watch while working with me. Later, I visited the T-Mobile on State St in Eagle, and i received courteous treatment. I even got help reconfiguring my phone plan to save money.
