Had a great experience. Logan deserves to be making at least $40 an hour for the great service. real talk though, instead of Jake from State Farm, they should have lip from t mobile and Logan should be the spokes person.

Recently switched to T-Mobile. At this location, I made an appointment and Logan went above and beyond helping me. He was knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the best deal! I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.

David and Parker are fabulous! Set up new lines for our business (online through care) and the porting process was a train wreck. Care rep was slow (if at all) responding and I was without a working phone for 2 days!!! After much frustration, I finally went into the Broadway store. They were so incredibly kind, professional and proficient to get everything working. Wish we would have just bought the phones in the store vs going online. Will definitely use their store going forward. Highly recommend their service and so grateful they fixed a problem they didnt create, but happily fixed anyway.
