Caitlin is super awesome! I have had multiple custom facials with her. Every time is absolutely wonderful. Shes quite professional, sweet and compassionate. We had wonderful conversations and laughs together. I definitely recommend her. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Jennifer is incredible! Shes very professional, kind and easy to talk with. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and thorough. Shes your gal if youre having any issues with your back, neck or pain in general

The manager, Katie, is rude and uneducated. She will do just about anything to avoid dealing with clients. When/if you do actually get in contact with her, she speaks as though she is reading a script, no emotion or compassion, and she does not ever go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. There is also a young man that works at the front desk who is always on his phone & provides little to no assistance when asked anything!
This location has a decent amount of quality therapists, but getting on their schedule is nearly impossible.
I was a member at the Schaumburg location, which randomly and abruptly closed and now all clients are forced to go to the Hoffman Estates location. There was no email sent out or call to let the members know the Schaumburg location had closed, I thought management should have handled that way differently..
Kenneth, Dawn and Dora are the best massage therapists at this location
