I made an appointment at this location for a massage and facial for my sister and I for her birthday. This was my sister's first time ever getting a massage. We were in route there for our 11am appointment about 15 to 20 minutes away arriving 10 minutes early as requested. And we both received phone calls saying all services were canceled because supposedly both of our therapist called out for the day. No compensation or complimentary services just cancel
and reschedule if we wanted to come back. Such poor service. We'll never try this location again.

Highly disappointed with the customer service and the service that I received from the front desk when I was there! I called up and booked an hour and a half appointment with gift cards, so I would not have to pay for my birthday gift that I received, however, when I got there, they never said anything, even though I confirmed that it was an hour and a half and only received an hour when I brought it up to the front desk. She very nonchalantly said nope it was booked for an hour. You can come back again and use your gift card with all disregards to it was going to cost me another Hundred dollars plus to do that because of gratuity and everything else. After reaching out to them a couple of times I called up. I believe it was the corporate office. They told me after trying so hard because they did not have my right telephone number even though I gave them the number, but they told me they reached out and someone would call me Never did so basically I got screwed! I do want to say my massage that I did receive was very good right after that was very stressful and felt like I never even received a massage! I would never I repeat, never go back to that location again. My daughter has been a member there for years, and I have shared with her my disappointment, and she is not happy with how they treated me!
