I just re-signed my lease for another year at Bryce de Moray and thought I'd finally post a review. When I first started searching for a new place to live, I had some trepidation about moving back into an apartment complex, as it had been well over a decade since I'd done the apartment thing. I looked at several places online, and was initially a bit wary of Bryce de Moray, simply because they ARE older apartments ( built in the 80s, maybe?). But the online reviews were good, and I fell in love with the photos and the layout of the apartment, so I got on the paid waiting list. Within a very short amount of time, I got a call, and shortly thereafter, signed my lease and moved in. And whatever initial doubts I had about the age of the apartments were completely unfounded, because these apartments are VERY VERY well maintained. I've had very few maintenance issues, and the ones I've had were minor and handled promptly ( with the exception of one- but that was a situation where the on- call maintenance guy had to be called, and since he was working at another location at the time, it did, understandably, take longer than usual). My one bedroom is HUGE, with a large balcony and a fireplace that I love, and lots of closet space. I also love that there are washer and dryer connections in the bathroom. It seems like a lot of one bedroom apartments in the area, especially the older apartments, don't have washer/dryer connections, for some reason. They are pet friendly, which I need, and lots of amenities- free water and trash, free cable ( not highly impressed with the cable, but that's more an issue with the provider than with the apartment complex. And it IS free, so can't complain too much.) There's a nice pool and a small gym with some workout equipment. And I absolutely love how quiet it is here! It's easy to forget how close you are to Green River Road. But being so close is great, because everything you need is near by- gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants etc etc. And it's close to where I work, so it's an excellent location overall. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and everyone seems to keep to themselves. The complex is very well lit at night, so I always feel safe coming home after dark, and parking has never been an issue. I was definitely sad when Dez, the old apartment manager, left, but Misty, her replacement, is wonderful too. I love it here, and I'm so glad I chose Bryce de Moray, and can't imagine living anywhere else!

Great staff, but corporate does not care about anything but $$ money, so dont move here if you have any kind of financial problems, because they dont care. They were only two or three maintenance people, so if you needed something done, you had to wait a longer than you should, so theyre understaffed . Corporate wont allow enough staff to be hired to keep it up properly and they have A LOT of problems with their plumbing. I had a conversation with one of the maintenance people that said that theyre just told to patch it up, because apparently the owner doesnt wanna invest what it would cost to make things right. We always had sewage backing up into our kitchen sinks, the dishwasher wouldnt work right, and theyre always in and out of the apartment for some thing, and I dont like that. We like our privacy. Plus, the pool was always full of loud kids or closed for cleaning or repair. My kids are grown, and I dont want to deal with any more loud, gross kids theyll probably urinate in the pool! That whole place is falling apart, so dont bother moving here! Seriously!
