    I have been here around 5 months and I really enjoy living here. I have only had one problem since moving in and it was my kitchen sink faucet. As soon as I told them the issue they immediately resolved it. Also shoutout to Kirsten, she has been a great property manager- I decided to move here after having another apartment complex lined up for a while which had fell through last minute and she went out of her way to help and make sure I could move in on the day I needed to here. Im really glad I ended up here so it worked out for the better. Happy to call this place home!

    Looked at a few apartments & so far Brickyard is top of my list! Property is well taken care of, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful lake, 2 pools, several amenities. Great location!

    Congratulations to Brickyard for consistently setting the bar lower with each passing year! Every year is like a thrilling roller coaster ride, except instead of loops and drops, it's just the steady climb of your rent bill. If you're looking for a "mid" apartment where you pay $1,300 plus electric/water/sewer/valet trash/washer/dryer/pet fees, then look no further you're in the right place. And speaking of mid, don't expect all of your maintenance issues to be resolved in a timely manner or at all. It's like playing a game of "how long can I live with a broken/clogged garbage disposal?" Spoiler alert: forever, apparently. The apartments and appliances seem to be set up for light use where you're never home. The replacement dishwasher we received is Fisher Price. Ice maker stops working regularly, sink sprayer breaks every few months or so, patio door blinds are fragile/broke/fell to the floor months after moving here. Windows don't close or seal properly, water-saver toilets and sinks clog easily. The fitness center and pool are really the only perks to living here. Oh, and hope you like 5 minute showers, because that's all the mini water heaters can handle! Maintenance will be scheduled to show up between 11 to 2 on Monday, but don't hold your breath. They might show up randomly at any time. The only thing they do promptly at Brickyard is collect rent payments. It's clear that they're only interested in squeezing as much money out of their tenants as possible, while offering nothing more than the absolute bare necessities. Since the new property owners took over, everything went downhill. Save yourself the headache and find a rental agency that actually cares about its tenants and its properties (and installs a working garbage disposal).
