Great people. They work hard, treat people fairly, and do things the right way.

Move in was a breeze. The Timbers team had been great. A slight mix up with getting the keys but all in all very satisfied.

Rent is ridiculous.. Windows leak... Doors don't seal.. Floors are warped... HVAC is ancient.. $250 electric bills.. Hallways are filthy... Police seem to be on premise ... more

Very slow on maintenance requests. Garbage disposal our for almost 3 weeks now. No sign of repair in near future

Shopping carts left outside constantly, rent is a bit overpriced, maintenance is difficult to get ahold of. However it does seem they are improving it.
